Due to the many branches and complex channels of distribution network lines, the application scenarios of traditional UAV inspection are limited to the elimination of visual defects such as tree barriers, bird's nests, and broken lines, and highly rely on the pilot's experience judgment, low work efficiency, and possible missing judgment, which is difficult to ensure the quality and efficiency of operation and maintenance. Shunqing Power Supply Center has deeply implemented the requirements of the three systems and two military work, innovatively proposed the intelligent inspection device of UAV distribution network based on local release detection to carry out intelligent inspection of distribution network lines, and successfully developed a local release detection module of UAV to carry out flying patrol tasks relying on Inolux project, aiming to improve inspection efficiency and accuracy by means of intelligent technology. Timely and accurately discover partial discharge defect points to realize intelligent operation and maintenance of distribution network line equipment.

It is reported that this is the first time in the Nanchong region to try to apply the UAV local release detection technology to the intelligent inspection work of the distribution network. The technology integrates the acoustic signal acquisition and automatic identification of discharge type of the local emission detection device with the flexible and efficient characteristics of UAV inspection, and combines the real-time image display of the cloud image back to the UAV controller, which can realize the short-range and multi-angle local emission detection and overcome the interference of complex sound field environment on local emission detection. The defect detection combined with visual imaging of the local discharge area of the operating equipment can be realized, and the line discharge position can be quickly and accurately located. Through timely processing, the line failure rate and trip rate can be effectively reduced, and the inspection efficiency and quality can be greatly improved.
